EMERGENCY SURGERY PROCEDURES FOR COVID-19 —- 12/03/2020
Due to the current risk of COVID-19 all routine clinics are suspended.
Patients with routine and urgent medical concerns will be triaged by telephone prior to being offered a consultation with a doctor. Doctors will only see patients as needed after telephone assessments.
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE PRACTICE UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD TO ATTEND BY A GP.
IF YOU ARE ASKED TO ATTEND PLEASE ENSURE YOU WEAR A MASK OR FACECOVERING OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE SEEN.
If you require a prescription please order online or place requests in the box provided, all medication reviews are now suspended until further notice.
PLEASE NOMINATE A PHARMACY TO COLLECT ON YOUR BEHALF IF POSSIBLE TO AVOID VISITING THE PRACTICE.
Prescriptions can only be collected between 4.00– 5.30pm. each day

PHARMACY FIRST SERVICE FOR SORE THROATS, COLDS & FLU-LIKE ILLNESS – CESSATION OF SERVICE
Pharmacy First- Please do not visit your pharmacy for minor ailments
This is to advise you that the Pharmacy First Service for sore throats, colds & flu-like illness will cease to operate with immediate effect from Monday 16th March 2020.
This decision has been made in light of the revised case definition of Covid-19 as published by Public Health England
