New Patient Registrationregister_now_blue_sign

All newly registered adult patients will be asked to complete a questionnaire and have a consultation with the practice nurse within one month of registering.  Patients on regular medication will need to see the doctor. The receptionist will advise patients who do not have a medical card how to register.

Once registered you have the right to see any of our doctors, but you may prefer one particular doctor so that you can receive a more personal service. Newly registered patients can be treated straight away.

Practice Boundaries

Only people living within a one mile radius of the practice may register with the GPs.

Non-Discrimination Policy

We are committed to equal opportunities regardless of gender, creed, sexual orientation, age, colour or race.  If you have a particular need or concern we would welcome you making us aware of it.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
